Interview, 1975, conducted by Dale Treleven of the Historical Society staff with Ellefson, long-time Dunn County, Wisconsin, farmer and chairman of the board of the Farmers Union Central Exchange, Inc. (CENEX); with information on changes in farming over the previous six decades, on farmers' problems during the 1930's depression, on community affairs and his experiences on the Dunn County Board of Supervisors, and on the growth of and directions taken by CENEX. Photographs relate primarily to the farm of Louis Ellefson in Dallas, Barron County, Wis., 1900-1920.
